Senior Django Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full‑Stack Developer with deep expertise in Django and strong backend capabilities to join our Network Digital Twin development team. The role demands a self‑driven, detail‑oriented engineer who delivers production‑grade code, embraces continuous learning and is excited about AI‑assisted development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Python.
• Build robust backend services, APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Manage and optimise PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for performance and reliability.
• Implement frontend components with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews and best‑practice adherence.
• Collaborate with product, data and DevOps teams to deliver innovative features.
• Use Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence for agile development and documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise application performance in production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Django and Python for backend development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Intermediate English level for technical documentation and discussions.
