Project Coordination Analyst

About the role

The Project Coordination Analyst supports Ceragon’s delivery portfolio by ensuring governance, reporting and coordination across projects. The role maintains data hygiene, drives budget approvals, manages documentation and assists purchasing and PM operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system hygiene, trigger and track purchase requests, and execute governance processes for project set‑up and milestone updates.
• Produce weekly timesheet and portfolio reports, send notifications to project managers, and prepare bi‑weekly backlog, invoicing and cost consumption reports.
• Track project set‑up information, follow up on budget approvals, upload audit documentation and drive project closure activities.
• Provide purchasing support during high‑demand periods and troubleshoot budget and timesheet issues.
• Assist PMs with file migration, milestone validation and vendor onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, PMO or operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in governance and reporting processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, supply‑chain and vendor management teams.
