Junior Technical Operations Engineer (Routing)

About the role

Join Infobip’s Routing team as a Junior Technical Operations Engineer. You will help maintain the highest possible route quality for global clients, reducing complaints and supporting internal teams that manage route setup.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor platform KPIs and quickly resolve both critical and non‑critical issues.
• Analyze quality markers such as delivery rates, complaint rates, and delays across providers, networks, routes, and clients.
• Handle spam complaints, manage whitelisting/blacklisting requests, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to expand the usage and efficiency of routing‑related features.
• Propose and implement new monitoring systems and rules to prevent downtime and performance degradation.
• Provide continuous feedback to engineering teams to improve products based on client needs.
