Business Development Manager

About the role

On behalf of an international technology company that leads in network connectivity and IT infrastructure services, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on‑site in Asunción, Paraguay. The role focuses on expanding enterprise business opportunities across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of new enterprise opportunities, especially with strategic and key accounts.
• Understand customers’ business priorities and build long‑term trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify business challenges and deliver effective solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and business value.
• Manage strategic accounts, maintain sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets within assigned territories.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient English.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales and strategic customer development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise ICT solutions market in Paraguay.
• Knowledge of financial and logistics processes.
• Ability to identify opportunities, design sales strategies, and support customers across multiple domains.
• Experience managing project bids and commercial proposals.
