About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM as a Junior Master Data Assistant, supporting the management of material master data in SAP for the company's operations across Latin America. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00‑18:00, in a multicultural team focused on continuous process improvement and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update material master records in SAP, ensuring technical details, compliance requirements and internal policies are accurately captured.
• Validate data for accuracy, legal compliance and integrity, performing regular checks and audits.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, marketing, finance, tax and supply‑chain teams to communicate changes, resolve inconsistencies and support material‑related incidents.
• Analyze data inconsistencies, propose corrective actions and suggest process enhancements to improve data quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in data management and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
• Willingness to work onsite in Asunción and adhere to the defined work schedule.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with SAP (material master data module).
