Go-To-Market Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Go‑To‑Market Engineer to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end GTM systems across a multi‑tool ecosystem. The role involves building scalable automation, refactoring legacy processes, and collaborating with finance, marketing, sales and CX operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead builder for go‑to‑market systems, translating architectural direction into technical requirements and implementations.
• Design, build and optimise complex Salesforce Flows and integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and middleware like Make.com or Zapier.
• Map GTM processes, identify gaps, and implement scalable, performance‑focused improvements.
• Execute sprint tasks, manage UAT, support deployments and ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B or PLG SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, GTM processes and integration with HubSpot and other middleware.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications (required).
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, declarative automation, and Apex (only when necessary).
• Proficiency with integration tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Xappex G‑Connector.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Gong, ChurnZero, Wrike, DocuSign, Zuora, Guru, Slack, Google Workspace.
