About the role

The Service Sales Representative will promote and sell the academic programmes and educational services offered by Universidad del Pacífico Paraguay. Working on a full‑time, onsite basis, you will interact with prospective students and corporate clients, providing personalized advice and guiding them through enrollment and service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell academic programmes and educational services.
• Attend to prospective students and companies, offering tailored advice.
• Follow up contacts, close enrollments and service agreements.
• Support commercial activities such as educational fairs, institutional visits and local events.
• Update commercial information on digital platforms.

Required profile

• Experience in service sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with good time‑management, able to work towards commercial targets.
• Basic knowledge of office tools and digital platforms (email, CRM, spreadsheets, video calls).
• Minimum education in administration, marketing, commerce or related fields; experience in universities or training centres is a plus.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, willing to learn and work in a dynamic team environment.
