About the role
The company is looking for a proactive Route Salesperson to promote and sell balloons, decoration items and birthday‑event products across supermarkets, stores, warehouses and other retail outlets in Asunción and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned commercial routes daily, covering supermarkets, stores, warehouses, party supply shops and similar venues.
- Promote, demonstrate and sell balloons, decorative articles and event‑related products.
- Identify new customers, expand the client base and keep the existing portfolio active.
- Take orders, follow up on sales, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Present promotions, new product lines and seasonal offers.
- Achieve the sales targets and route quotas set by management.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in route sales or pre‑sale activities.
- Good knowledge of Asunción and its surrounding areas.
- Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Dynamic, results‑oriented commercial mindset.
