Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of software initiatives for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor technical projects from initiation to closure, keeping them on time and within budget.
• Coordinate developers, designers and other stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring best‑practice delivery.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, dependencies and timeline changes.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and keep communication clear across technical and business sides.
• Align project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
