Sales BackOffice Associate

About the role

Join Infobip as a Sales BackOffice Associate and support the activation and management of customer accounts across our global communication platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, pricing updates, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in account activation tasks such as setting up email domains, ordering numbers, and configuring trial senders.
• Support user account creation, billing address maintenance, and price change implementations.
• Review sender costs (e.g., Viber, WhatsApp) and help implement automatic price updates.
• Execute operational tasks like bulk price updates in CPQ and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Partnership teams to create new customers in Salesforce and set up Super User accounts.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or client‑facing support roles.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in writing and live interactions.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn from data.
• Team player with a proactive, internal client‑service mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily use in a global environment.
