About the role

Sika is looking for a Technical Account Executive to train and provide technical support to its customers in the construction sector. The role bridges the gap between product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring successful product application and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions for distribution customers.
• Support the sales force (both distribution and direct sales) with product expertise.
• Provide technical assistance to Sika/Klaukol marketing events, activation days, and product sample demonstrations.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Offer phone‑based technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; professional degree or construction‑related training is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar technical or sales support role (not mandatory).
• Fluent in Guaraní and Spanish; basic to intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction techniques and product applications.
• Understanding of quality and environmental standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
