About the role

We are looking for a reliable Remote Operator based in Paraguay to provide high‑quality phone support to patients of a U.S. medical practice. The role follows New York business hours and requires professional English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls courteously and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Provide general information about services and send appointment reminders.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for medical equipment.
• Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
• Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry).
• Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or call centers is a plus.
