Patient Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

Winona is looking for a full‑time, remote Patient Care Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients using its telemedicine menopause services. You will provide accurate product and service information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient questions via text, email, and phone, handling both inbound and outbound communications.
• Deliver clear information about Winona’s offerings and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage patient complaints, identify appropriate solutions, and act quickly to resolve issues.
• Document interactions, process patient accounts, and file relevant paperwork.
• Assist physicians with specific patient requests and support internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service experience in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable personal computer and internet connection.
• Availability to work Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using Word and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Slack, JustCall, Intercom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Suite.
