Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager who is energized by big challenges and passionate about making learning accessible and effective for everyone. As part of our Product organization, you will help shape digital learning solutions that transform classrooms and empower students.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end, on‑time delivery of cross‑functional initiatives, managing planning, monitoring, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Coach and mentor agile development teams, fostering a culture that balances high performance with well‑being.
• Serve as the central bridge between technical, product, data science, authoring, engineering, UX, and vendor teams to define objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align program goals, create clear milestones, and ensure shared understanding of success criteria.
• Establish and track meaningful metrics, facilitate regular reflection sessions, and use data‑driven insights to improve processes.
• Allocate people resources effectively across key initiatives, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to development teams, cross‑functional partners, and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale programs in complex enterprise product and technology environments.
• Experience working closely with agile software development teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate with and influence cross‑functional partners at all organizational levels.
