About the role

As a Luxury Experience Designer you will craft bespoke travel journeys for high‑net‑worth clients, turning their aspirations into unforgettable itineraries. The role blends creative design, deep travel knowledge and meticulous project management to deliver seamless, high‑touch experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations to uncover each client’s unique travel desires and build lasting relationships.
• Design and produce meticulously tailored itineraries, covering transfers, accommodations, curated activities and special requests.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top‑tier hotels, airlines and luxury service providers to secure exclusive access and preferred rates.
• Execute flawless booking processes, managing transfers, insurance, activities and any bespoke requirements.
• Provide proactive, high‑level client service throughout the entire travel journey, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Drive client retention and referrals through consistent follow‑up and relationship nurturing.
• Engage with clients post‑trip to gather feedback, celebrate memories and lay the groundwork for future adventures.
• Collaborate closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end service excellence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience curating luxury travel for DMCs, tour operators or travel agencies.
• Passion for travel and a keen eye for destination detail.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel technology platforms and booking systems.
