Load Test Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Load Test Engineer you will safeguard system performance and reliability under varying traffic loads. You will act as the guardian of stability, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring the architecture scales without degradation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios that simulate real‑world user behavior at scale.
• Analyze performance metrics and system logs to pinpoint architectural bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to recommend optimisations for improved responsiveness.
• Integrate automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of scalability requirements.
• Develop and maintain reusable performance testing scripts using industry‑standard tools.
• Establish performance baselines and benchmarks to track improvements and regressions across releases.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Performance Engineering.
• Proven expertise in performance, load, and scalability testing.
• Hands‑on experience integrating performance testing into monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in identifying system bottlenecks and validating architectural scalability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
