Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings on major short‑term rental platforms. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise photos, captions and listing order to improve visual appeal and conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure data consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor research and benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.

• PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully or Lodgify
• Basic SEO and listing‑optimisation knowledge
• PriceLabs or other revenue‑management tools (preferred)
• Canva or basic photo‑editing tools (preferred)
