Commercial Advisor – Real Estate Sales

About the role

CASA MÁS is expanding its team in Asunción and is looking for a Commercial Advisor to guide prospective buyers through the process of acquiring their first home. The role focuses on client interaction, advising on property options and financing, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise potential clients on available homes and financing alternatives.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with assigned clients.
• Coordinate property visits and project presentations.
• Record and keep client management data up to date.
• Support clients throughout the commercial process until the transaction is closed.

Required profile

• Age preferably between 25 and 35 years.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial areas.
• Experience in call centers, financial institutions or real‑estate sector is a plus.
• University student (final years) or graduate.
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
