End User Support Technician (Advanced English)

About the role

Alorica is seeking an End User Support Technician with advanced English proficiency to provide high‑level operational support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining both software and hardware for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support to internal and external users, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of desktop software and hardware.
• Maintain passwords, ensure data integrity, and uphold system security within the desktop environment.
• Provide guidance through support, training, and documentation, and coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Support Technician.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Full schedule flexibility, including weekends.
• Results‑driven with strong organization, project planning, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
• Networking troubleshooting.
• DHCP, DNS, and SCCM knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Desktop hardware and software installation and maintenance.
