About the role

Culligan is looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to join its commercial team in Asunción, Paraguay. You will be responsible for growing the company’s footprint by prospecting new accounts, managing existing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential B2B customers through targeted prospecting.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of existing clients, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Detect cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast, keeping all data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technical Service, Operations, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
• Develop strategic alliances and channel partnerships to broaden commercial presence.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, market development, and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and forecast management.
