About the role

We are looking for a B2B Commercial Executive to strengthen our presence in Ciudad del Este and surrounding areas. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, presenting Finza services, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate clients in Ciudad del Este and nearby regions.
• Present Finza’s financial services to potential customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through closing and contract signing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
• Identify market trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty.
• Provide regular reports on sales results and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance or business consulting.
• Strong network of business contacts in Ciudad del Este / Alto Paraná.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑managed, results‑oriented mindset.
• Residence in Ciudad del Este or willingness to work locally.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
