D365 FinOps Consultant

About the role

Super is scaling its technology platform for sports, gaming and fan experiences across Europe and Latin America. The company seeks a Dynamics 365 FinOps Consultant to administer and provide functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, supporting implementation projects and first‑level user support while shaping future business‑applications strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio.
• Support internal users on ERP, payment processors, fixed‑asset, inventory, and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Analyse user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Organise and deliver user training sessions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation.
• Prepare users and projects for go‑live.
• Develop simple reports and dashboards.
• Lead communication between internal users, external partners and the Business Applications team to implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and supply‑chain processes.
• Ability to independently develop standards and manage processes.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a consultant to the business.
• Fluency in English.
