Contact Center Associate

About the role

The Contact Center Associate will support Nestlé consumers by handling inquiries, complaints and requests across multiple communication channels. You will apply operational knowledge to deliver accurate answers and resolve issues within the expected time frame.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consumer complaints, queries and requests for Nestlé products via chat, email, social media and phone.
• Analyze issues, propose operational solutions and provide feedback on critical cases.
• Ensure service quality and consumer satisfaction across all contact channels.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service processes.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in consumer service handling customer inquiries and problem resolution.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize urgent tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an empathetic approach.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem‑solving focus on first‑contact resolution.
• Adaptability to various tools, processes and customer needs.
• Resilience in high‑volume environments.
