About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Contact Center Associate for the Nutrition channel. You will work in a multicultural team, handling consumer inquiries across multiple communication channels and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level service for consumer questions, complaints and requests via chat, email, social media and phone.
• Deliver complete Level‑1 resolutions within the expected time frame and according to market policies.
• Escalate cases that require second‑level handling to analysts or specialists.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
• Maintain constant communication and coordination to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Guarantee quality service and consumer satisfaction across all channels.
• Provide active feedback for case follow‑up.

Required profile

• Graduate in Nutrition (mandatory).
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (desired).
• Intermediate English language skills (desired).
• Previous experience in a contact‑center environment interacting with customers (desired).
• Knowledge of contact‑center routines and procedures.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize urgent tasks.
