Account Manager – Short-Term Rental Revenue

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in revenue management to join our growing short‑term rental team. You will be the main point of contact for property owners, developing and executing strategies that maximise occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns.
• Manage pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Utilise revenue‑management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing.
• Prepare and present performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue insights).
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality portfolios.
• Hands‑on experience with revenue‑management platforms (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
