Remote Hospitality Bookkeeper (LATAM)

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support its hospitality clients. The position is fully remote, serving the LATAM region, and works as an independent contractor with standard EST business‑hour overlap.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel accounting transactions, including cash, credit card, and bank activities.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and credit‑card feeds.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for hotel management.
• Support leadership with ad‑hoc financial analysis and operational insights.
• Maintain records in SAGE, QuickBooks, and related accounting platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting processes and daily financial operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced, remote environment.
