Recruiting Manager – Remote

About the role

The Recruiting Manager will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition at BairesDev, guiding a team of leaders and shaping hiring strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives. You will collaborate with area managers to keep processes current and drive data‑based improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new hiring strategies while enhancing employee well‑being.
• Align with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings for the recruitment team.
• Analyze data to assess and continuously improve recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.
