About the role
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing cleaning‑services company. Working remotely alongside a high‑performing team and the CEO, you will turn inbound inquiries into satisfied, paying customers.
Key responsibilities
- Convert inbound calls and messages into booked, paying customers.
- Book, reschedule, and answer customer questions with clarity and urgency.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding cleaning professionals.
- Troubleshoot daily issues for cleaners and customers while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Track revenue, bookings, and team performance on a daily basis.
Required profile
- A proven closer who enjoys solving customer problems.
- Fluent, clear, and persuasive spoken and written English.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure, proactive, and self‑managed.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with the CEO.

- Quo (or similar sales tools)
What we offer
