Administrative & Operational Support Internship – Asunción

About the role

The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is offering a three‑to‑six‑month internship in its Paraguay office. The intern will support the Finance, Procurement and Administration (FCS) team by assisting with event coordination, travel logistics, records management and basic finance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support logistics for workshops, conferences and meetings, including participant registration and attendance tracking.
• Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings and transportation coordination.
• Maintain project files, operational records and supporting documentation for procurement and finance processes.
• Coordinate suppliers and service providers for project events.
• Provide general administrative and office support as required by the FCS team.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s program, Master’s or PhD, or graduated within the last 12 months in business administration, finance, economics, HR, international relations or a related field.
• Paraguayan citizen or holder of a valid work permit for Paraguay.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to prepare reports in both English and Spanish.
• Proactive, high integrity and able to manage multiple parallel tasks.
