Academic Success Manager – EMEA

About the role

As an Academic Success Manager for the EMEA region, you will lead the development of strategic relationships with universities, colleges, high schools and vocational schools. Working closely with AVEVA’s product and engineering teams, you will ensure that our industrial software solutions are embedded into academic curricula and become accessible to students and educators.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, presenting AVEVA’s portfolio and integrating software into curricula.
• Manage and grow existing academic engagements, driving adoption of current and new AVEVA solutions.
• Gather and research information to address academic inquiries using internal tools.
• Establish strategic partnerships with key academic stakeholders and partner management teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored for the academic market.
• Create lasting, commercially affordable partnerships that expand AVEVA’s reach in education.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with experience working alongside product and engineering teams.
• Passionate about developing solutions that strengthen AVEVA’s presence in the academic community.
• Proven ability to become an influencer within the education sector.
• Experience building relationships with universities, colleges, high schools or vocational schools across the EMEA region.
