About the role
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our commercial team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, guiding them through qualification and setting up high‑quality sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads promptly via phone or digital channels.
- Qualify prospects to assess fit and interest.
- Accompany qualified leads through the sales funnel to schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑off of opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, contact‑center or tele‑sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Result‑oriented, proactive, and empathetic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools.
