Vendedora Full Time – Retail de Skincare

About the role

MIXSOON, a Korean skincare brand launching its first store in Shopping Mariscal, Paraguay, is looking for a full‑time sales associate. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through personalized skincare routines and helping them choose the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on skincare routines and recommend products based on skin type.
• Manage the entire sales process, from greeting customers to closing the sale and handling invoicing.
• Maintain store displays and stock levels in line with brand standards.
• Report inventory movements and provide customer feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, perfumery or pharmacy (preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
• Genuine interest in skin care and Korean beauty routines.
• Completed secondary education.
