USAC Procure to Pay SME

About the role

Solventum is seeking a USAC Procure to Pay Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead end‑to‑end process optimization across accounts payable and procurement functions. The role partners with global teams to drive operational excellence, mitigate risks, and implement scalable solutions that support the company’s mission of improving healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in the Procure‑to‑Pay and STP processes and design robust, scalable improvements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and proactive risk management.
• Serve as the authoritative SME for all AP and procurement topics, including SOX controls review.
• Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Procure‑to‑Pay, accounts payable, or procurement operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving process optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to influence senior leadership.
