Trade Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing professional to support the analysis and improvement of our urban development projects. The role combines market intelligence, competitive monitoring and on‑site coordination to strengthen our commercial presence across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze competitor pricing, products and promotions across different zones.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and propose commercial strengthening actions.
• Keep sales‑team information up‑to‑date, including access routes, features, advantages and conditions of each development.
• Monitor the status, location and visibility of signage for every project.
• Detect signage needs such as directional signs, column markers and other commercial support elements.
• Map and regularly update project locations on Google Maps, defining the most convenient access routes.
• Produce photographic records and periodic reports on the condition of each development.
• Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate corrective work with responsible departments.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
