About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Trade Marketing Coordinator to oversee the execution and growth of a consumer‑electronics product portfolio in the local market. The role will drive retail excellence, support commercial initiatives, lead the retail field team, and ensure operational efficiency while strengthening relationships with key business partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute commercial and retail initiatives aligned with business objectives to maximize product performance.
  • Identify market opportunities by monitoring consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in‑store activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent execution of commercial plans.
  • Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and market indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyse operational and performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee operational processes, including billing coordination and administrative follow‑up.
  • Lead, coach, and support the retail field team, promoting high performance and compliance with standards.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance through regular KPI reviews and provide continuous feedback.
  • Ensure all retail activities are executed according to company standards while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales, trade marketing, or category management.
  • Previous experience in the consumer‑electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project‑management capabilities.
  • Proven leadership experience managing field or retail teams.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the local retail landscape and consumer market.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
