Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning technical teams with business objectives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best‑practice delivery processes.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
