Technical Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Technical Manager to act as the technical expert in client conversations, translating needs into concrete solutions, team structures, and proposals. This remote position combines deep technical knowledge with client‑facing skills to drive successful deals and innovative outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and presales to meet leads, translate requirements into clear documents, and articulate the value of BairesDev’s delivery model.
• Conduct technical discussions to define ideal solutions, team compositions, and project estimates for prospective clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery, AI, data & analytics, cloud, and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
