Talent Acquisition SR Analyst

About the role

Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service centre in Paraguay, is hiring a Talent Acquisition SR Analyst. The role manages recruitment and selection processes according to the procedures linked to the LATAM markets, supports the end-to-end recruitment flow based on policies and procedures, and helps analyse KPIs to identify issues and improvement opportunities. The available shift is Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage recruitment and selection processes according to the times and procedures linked to the LATAM markets.
• Manage recruitment needs based on the requirements of each area.
• Develop selection strategies and organise work processes within the agreed timelines.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process flow and analyse KPIs to solve issues and find opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate in fields such as Psychology, Administration or similar.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple areas.
• Ability to deal with managers and executives.
• Good communication, organisation and proactivity.
• Experience managing work teams.
• English is a must-have.

Required skills

• Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Stakeholder management.
• Experience with employer branding is a plus.
