About the role
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and strengthen our commercial team in Ciudad del Este. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, motivating staff, and ensuring the branch meets its revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team.
- Ensure achievement of sales objectives and targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and results.
- Participate in recruitment, selection and training of sales personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing a sales team.
- Own vehicle (mandatory) and residence close to the branch.
- Experience in recruiting and training commercial teams (e.g., telephony, credit, appliances) is a plus.
