About the role
We are an expanding real‑estate developer looking for a Commercial Supervisor to lead our team of advisors specialized in first‑home sales. You will train new advisors, accompany them on the field, and ensure they meet their performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of real‑estate advisors.
- Design and deliver training programs for first‑home sales.
- Accompany advisors on site to provide hands‑on support.
- Monitor and enforce achievement of sales objectives.
- Manage client relationships and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading commercial teams.
- Background in real‑estate sales, preferably first‑home transactions.
- Strong command of CRM systems and KPI‑based management.
- Own vehicle (mandatory) and availability to work weekends.
