About the role
The Subgerente Trainee position supports the management of grain operations across C.Vale's branches in Paraguay. The role offers a fast‑track opportunity to develop administrative, financial and credit coordination skills while working directly with customers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative, financial and credit processes within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with branch operational procedures.
- Manage personnel, including scheduling, performance monitoring and development.
- Provide direct customer service to producers and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- University degree completed or near completion in Business Administration, Agronomic Engineering, Commercial Sciences or related fields.
- Experience in managing people and business processes.
- Willingness to relocate to any of C.Vale's operational regions in Paraguay.
- Desirable: experience in administrative and financial management within agribusiness, and experience in credit and producer service.
