About the role

The Staffing Solution Architect will lead the definition and validation of client staffing needs, ensuring the right engineering talent is sourced for technology projects. This remote position offers the chance to work with a global portfolio of clients and a diverse, top‑tier technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage technology assessment and validation processes, liaising with clients to define staffing requirements.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to match engineers with specific project profiles.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles across web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
