About the role

We are seeking a Planning Support professional to act as the back‑up for the Planning Manager and ensure seamless handling of service requests from airlines, concessions and industrial partners. The role contributes to the delivery of high‑quality aviation and culinary solutions across our network.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the backup for the Planning Manager during their absence.
  • Support the routing of service requests from airlines, concessions and industrial customers to the appropriate plant sectors.
  • Handle requests related to increases, cancellations, special orders, additions, inquiries and other variations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services after preparation, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies based on client feedback.

Required profile

  • Motivated to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrates talent, focus and discipline.
  • Ability to step in for the Planning Manager and maintain service continuity.
  • Strong customer‑orientation and communication skills.
