Senior Product Manager (Video)

About the role

APPLY is the Agentic Customer Experience partner for consumer and entertainment brands, and is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Video) embedded with a major sports league client. You will build video experiences across web, mobile and connected devices, working closely with engineering teams, vendors and architects alongside the Lead Product Manager on the Video team. The role owns roadmap execution and day-to-day delivery, from discovery through launch, and is hybrid/remote friendly, with the preferred candidate based in Latin America and working Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive video roadmap and strategy conversations, identify new opportunities across streaming and monetization, and develop early-stage ideas into business cases
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and lead the development of user-facing features, gathering requirements, defining success metrics and reporting outcomes in business terms
• Keep the video backlog healthy, coordinate with vendors (video player, encoding pipeline, analytics, casting), write specs and track releases
• Own product areas end to end, from problem definition through launch, and act as the link between platform teams, engineering, QA, design and external partners

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience on a digital product team, with a track record of taking products from concept to launch
• Fluent English; based in Latin America, working PST timezone
• Nice to have: project delivery experience (agile ceremonies), familiarity with streaming platforms and analytics tools, prior consulting or embedded client experience, and experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe, Amplitude or Mixpanel

Required skills

• Clear, precise written communication (PRDs and updates)
• Comfort working with external technical vendors and holding them to commitments
• Nice to have: working knowledge of AI tools for product managers, such as prompt engineering and LLM tools
