Senior Procurement Assistant (Temporary, 6 months)

About the role

Nestlé's Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service centre in Paraguay, is hiring a temporary Senior Procurement Assistant for a 6-month period. The role supports Latin American markets through transactional operations, helping operational buyers and following up on outstanding invoices. It is available Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Latin American markets in purchasing and invoice management processes.
• Act as the contact point for resolving operational incidents and queries.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate actions with the parties involved.
• Support operational buyers and help escalate complex cases when needed.
• Take part in regular meetings with key stakeholders to review results and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional operational targets.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, or currently studying it.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Knowledge of Parked and Blocked invoices is desirable.
• SAP knowledge, continuous improvement methodologies and procurement process knowledge are considered a plus.
