Senior Flask+React Fullstack Developer – Remote, Latin America

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑impact applications for financial reporting and data‑visualisation. The role is fully remote, serving clients across the United States and Latin America, and offers the chance to work on diverse, challenging projects within a fast‑moving consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, test, and ship end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions using Flask, React and related technologies.
• Continuously refactor existing codebases following Agile practices to improve maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and data‑engineering teams to extract, parse, and serve multi‑billion‑dollar private‑asset analytics.
• Provide consulting expertise that directly impacts client business outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery).
• Strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript development with React for SPA architectures.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
