About the role

As a Semi Senior Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex software development initiatives for global clients. You will be responsible for guiding projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change‑management processes.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best‑practice methodologies.
• Communicate status updates and present progress to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of risk and change management.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Experience allocating resources and managing teams.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
