About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives remotely. You will guide projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, scope, timeline, and budget expectations while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, resources, and schedules.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly.
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining project integrity.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best‑practice adoption.
• Communicate status updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of risk and change management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
