Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, build, and support advanced customer service solutions. The role involves close collaboration with distributed teams to deliver scalable, integrated Salesforce applications for contact center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Service Cloud Voice and Omni‑Channel integrations.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce AI agents, covering topics, instructions, prompts, grounding, and external system integrations.
• Write scalable Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and manage REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain various Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched) and platform configurations.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security, case management, queues, and reporting.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, and integrations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including analysts, architects, QA, and product owners.
