Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service and contact‑center operations. You will also build and enhance Agentforce AI agents, integrating them with Salesforce and external systems. The position is near‑shore, targeting candidates in Latin America or other regions with significant U.S. time‑zone overlap.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Cloud solutions, including Service Cloud Voice and Omni‑Channel.
• Develop and extend Agentforce AI agents – topics, instructions, prompts, grounding, and integrations.
• Write scalable Apex code, triggers, batch/queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and support REST and SOAP integrations using Named Credentials, External Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Create and manage Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched) and perform ongoing administration tasks.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, product owners, and distributed development teams.
• Experience with Agentforce actions, topics, prompts, and integration with enterprise APIs is preferred.

• Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• REST/SOAP integration, Named Credentials, Platform Events.
• SQL, SOQL, Service Cloud Voice, Omni‑Channel.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Spring Boot, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
